Trash & recycling — pickup day is Wednesday. Bins go out the night before; they're bin location .
Quiet hours — nothing formal, just keep it reasonable after 10pm.

Coffee and tea are in location — help yourself, and there's half-and-half in the fridge.
Snacks in the pantry are fair game.

Extra blankets and pillows are in the closet.
Phone chargers: there's a spare USB-C and Lightning cable on the nightstand.
🐶 About Toby
Our sheepadoodle Toby (55 lbs of fluff) is very friendly and will absolutely act like he hasn't been fed in weeks. He has been fed.
Please don't feed him table scraps — he has a sensitive stomach.
He's allowed on the couch; the guest bed is up to you.
We're confirming the backyard fence at move-in — until then, stay outside with him.

Washer and dryer are location . Detergent is on the shelf above — one pod per load. Help yourself if you need it.
